The October 2021 Market Reports and Buyer's Guides are now available for Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms. With inventory rising slightly, prices have levelled off a bit from their peak but remain at about 20% higher than this time last year in all three major monitored areas. Days on market remain low, and the list to sell ratio continues to hover around 100%.
