An agent in good standing with a reciprocal MLS may pay to have listings entered into CRMLS as a reciprocal listing through JTGAR.  Each reciprocal entry is $50 for the life of that listing.  The non-member reciprocal agent must submit the following to JTGAR:


  1.  The completed CRMLS MLS Entry sheets taking note of mandatory fields. Incomplete forms will be returned and details from other MLSes will not be accepted as a substitute.

  2.  A Letter of Good Standing from the agent's local MLS.

  3. Payment of $50.00 (submit signed credit card authorization form with paperwork or mail a check. Listing will not be entered until payment is received.)

  4. Agent's email address to receive confirmation of the listing entry and correspondence regarding the listing. 

  5. A copy of the agent's business card.

At least one primary (outside of the structure) and any additional photos (up to 45) may be emailed to  make sure the email contains the agent’s name and the listing’s address and what order you wish the photos to be used, if there is a preference.


Changes to the listing, including price, property description, or status must be sent to to be processed.  


Reciprocal listings, as they are typically duplicate listings entered into a reciprocal MLS system that does not share data with an agent's subscribed MLS service, do not syndicate to commercial real estate websites, as the original listing from the agent's subscribed MLS will be understood to already be syndicating to the sites in question.  Based on this, there is no option for reciprocal listings to syndicate out.
