Reports show 29 Palms leading the pack with 25% increasing in existing SFR sales in 2022, with a median price of $290,000 and median days on market at 13. With 41% of sale-to-list-price, the market continues to swell out in the city of murals. Yucca Valley continues with a strong showing with a median sales price of $425,000, 11 days on market and 51% sales-to-list price ratio. With 236 SFR sales year to date, it drops slightly compared with 2021 numbers, a -2% decline. Joshua Tree boasts the highest median sales price at $516,667, but the biggest decline in SFR sales in 2022 at 107, a -3% decline from 2021. With 11 days on market and a 50% sales-to-list price ratio, the market is still very active regardless of the slight decline in sales. All three cities share the same 20% price growth year to date.
