The December 2021 Market Reports and Buyer's Guide Statistics for Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and 29 Palms are now available. Inventory remains fairly low but has improved a bit, while list-to-sales price ratio continues to be very high, in this case, at 100% for all three cities.
