We are often asked what the best way to edit a map pin in the MLS is, in order for it to be the most accurate. WHile the MLS does search by address and often gives an accurate suggestion, this isn't always the case, especially for listings that are far out in more rurals areas or don't have an assigned street number. The answer to this is to apply the map layers for the APN to display on the "edit map pin" map and select the correct one. In order to illustrate this as simply as possible, I have made a brief instructional video to show how this is done.
