We are conducting ongoing research on the effectiveness and reach of local open house efforts.  We recognize our area is very specific and our topography isn't the most conducive to open house traffic.   Open House Saturday is not meant to replace an agent's marketing efforts for their Open House, but rather to work in synergy with them.  We therefore are simply looking for any kind of correlations and statistics with regard to open house attendance that we can track over time.  Your time taken to take this brief survey is appreciated!
